Favorite Things...

I was talking to William because I don't know what some of his random favorite things are...and I guess since I am his wife, I should know this stuff. (He's a bit complicated sometimes..in a good way). Other than sports cars or a complicated chinese rice noodle soup that I don't know how to make...he had nothing. I don't think he understood the simplicity of the question. So, I told him I'd go first.

Pajamas
Scented candles-vanilla and mango
Recipe magazines...a new favorite thing
Nail polish
Hardback prints of GREAT books (Memoirs of a Geisha, Their Eyes Were Watching God..the ones that you'll read more than once)
Exfoliators and lotions....espcially the dead sea salt ones from the mall...you know the people who chase after you and ask if your nails are real...great stuff)
Lip Gloss
Eclectic fashion jewlery (Bangles....Target!!)



Then, I was thinking about those little things that you love that don't cost money:

Smell of vanilla coffee
Dimly lit light at night
Thunderstorms
Hearing my favorite song on the radio
Clothes right out of the dryer
That Oprah comes on again at night
laughing babies
Christmas trees all lit up and sparkling
When Ava smiles or laughs while she's sleeping
Coming home to a clean house after a trip.
